•Perform evaluation of the capabilities of super load transportation contractors: expertise, experience in performance of similar projects; engineering assets; suitability of equipment; pricing practices and formats; and safety history.

•Assistance in:
         Preparation of the RFQ
             Selection of bidders
                 Review and analysis of proposals
                     Contract negotiations

•On-site and off-site oversight of the transportation contractor's activities during planning phase and transport and rigging operations.
